How Regeneron Targets Delivery of Genetic Medicines

For this particular project, the client wanted to reach other healthcare practitioners and highlight the importance of newborn hydration at a cellular level.

Their studies showed that after the vernix layer sheds in the early days after birth, a baby’s skin becomes more vulnerable to microbes and allergens in the environment. Our main goals were, first, to showcase what the vernix layer is, then to highlight the delicate cellular structure of a newborn’s skin, and finally, to demonstrate how an artificial protective barrier (like a moisturiser) could help replace the missing vernix.
